Q2 has been a massive quarter for us. We packed the EasyEntra ID. Buzz 🚐 hit the road from Copenhagen to Cologne, and spent a few fantastic days at ECS 2026 meeting IT professionals, MSPs, partners, and customers from across Europe.
Back at EasyEntra HQ, we’ve been turning that feedback into features. This quarter we’ve shipped several highly requested capabilities that solve real-world pain points for M365 Admins – and we’ve got even more on the way. 😅

NEW THIS QUARTER
Features Released
✓ PST Mailbox Export – One-Click Export
We got tired of the same story: open Purview, navigate five menus, realize you need an E3 or E5 license, give up. So we fixed it.
PST mailbox export is now built directly into EasyEntra. No Purview. No additional licensing. No portal hopping. Just export the mailbox.
✓ Free Tool: PST Export via PowerShel
We’ve also packaged the PST export as a standalone PowerShell cmdlet – free, forever, no license required. It ships with the trial installer, but it’s yours to keep regardless. We think tools like this should just be free.
✓ OneDrive Management – also in Offboarding
We’ve added full OneDrive management to the user properties page, giving support teams quick access to key settings such as OneDrive URL, lock state, external sharing, delegation, and storage quota.
OneDrive delegation is also now built directly into the offboarding wizard. Assign the mailbox delegate once, and use the same person for OneDrive ownership during offboarding.
✓ SOA Authority Support
Hybrid Exchange environments are already complex enough. The last thing you need is to manually dig through attribute editors every time you need to switch SOA authority.
We’ve added native support for Microsoft’s SOA switch directly in EasyEntra – clean, controlled, and without the usual headache.

We build EasyEntra based on what you tell us. Here’s what the team is working on right now:
PIM – Enable Roles Directly from EasyEntra
Microsoft recommends elevating permissions only when you need them. We’re making that easier by allowing administrators to activate PIM roles directly from EasyEntra – without switching to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Free PowerShell cmdlet: PIM Role Enablement
Need more automation? We’re also releasing a free PowerShell cmdlet for PIM role activation and deactivation – making it easier to integrate just-in-time role elevation into your own scripts and workflows.
Mailbox Regional Settings at Provisioning
Set the timezone and language of a mailbox when it’s created – and include these settings in Virtual User Templates so every new user gets the right regional configuration from the start.
New Report: Mailbox Size Reporting
Get a clear view of mailbox usage across your organisation. Identify who’s approaching limits before it becomes a support ticket.

Updated Pricing Models
We’ve updated our pricing to better reflect how different organizations use EasyEntra.
MSPs
All tenants and users are covered under a single pooled license – no per-tenant licensing, no true-ups, and no surprise invoices. Pricing is based on your total licensed user count at renewal.
Use EasyEntra internally to streamline on/offboarding, and day-to-day M365 tickets – or provide it to co-managed customers as part of your managed service offering.
Resellers
Sell EasyEntra licenses directly to your customers and earn recurring annual revenue. Our partner program includes competitive margins, and access to the Partner Portal.
Education
Following Microsoft’s licensing model, students are free. Only staff users require licensing.
Government & Non-Profit
Discounted pricing remains available for government organizations and non-profit institutions.

ECS 2026 – Cologne
In May, we packed the EasyEntra ID. Buzz 🚐 and drove all the way from Copenhagen to Cologne for ECS 2026.
The roadtrip included charging stops, questionable navigation decisions 🙄 far too much coffee, and plenty of discussions about Microsoft 365 along the way.
Most importantly, ECS gave us the opportunity to meet administrators, MSPs, partners, and customers face-to-face. Those conversations directly influence what we build next.
The hoodies were a hit – we brought a lot and left with none.
