Jonas here from EasyEntra. Q1 has been a busy one. We shipped features that have been sitting on the top of your request lists for a while, and the team is already deep into what’s coming next. More on that below.

NEW THIS QUARTER
Features Released in Q1 2026
With EasyEntra Virtual User Templates, onboarding can now be triggered directly through PowerShell. This makes it easy to automate user creation and integrate with HRIS or identity systems that already hold employee data. A new hire in HR can automatically trigger a fully configured user in Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
✓ PowerShell for User Offboarding (Decommissioning)
The EasyEntra decommissioning workflow now supports PowerShell. This makes it easy to integrate existing scripts and connect the offboarding process with other workflows such as HR notifications, data archiving, or other internal processes.
It can also be automated using tools like the Task Scheduler so offboarding tasks run consistently without manual follow up or calendar reminders.
EasyEntra lets you set and manage mailbox folder permissions directly from the user interface. No PowerShell, no Exchange admin center, no portal-hopping. You pick the user, the folder, the delegate, and the permission level. Done. It’s almost ready!

OneDrive in Offboarding
When a user leaves, their OneDrive data needs a home. We’re adding OneDrive management directly into the offboarding workflow so nothing gets orphaned.
Mailbox Delegation in User Onboarding
Set up mailbox delegation as part of the Virtual User Template onboarding flow – including which shared mailboxes the new user should have access to from day one
Export Mailbox to PST as Part of Offboarding
A critical step for compliance and legal hold scenarios. Export a departing user’s mailbox to PST directly from the offboarding workflow.
SOA Authority Support
Support environments where the Source of Authority moves from Active Directory to Microsoft 365.
Mailbox Regional Settings at Provisioning
Set the timezone and language of a mailbox when it’s created – and include these settings in Virtual User Templates so every new user gets the right regional configuration from the start.
New Report: Mailbox Size Reporting
Get a clear view of mailbox usage across your organisation. Identify who’s approaching limits before it becomes a support ticket.
