Use case: Use this procedure to enable or disable mailbox archiving for a user. Archiving provides additional mailbox storage and helps manage older emails by automatically moving them to the archive mailbox.
To configure mailbox archiving, do the following:
- Open User properties, select the Mailbox tab, and click Mailbox Archive.
- Select or deselect Enable archive.
- Click OK twice to apply the settings.
