Use case: Use this procedure to configure saving Send As messages to the mailbox’s Sent Items folder. When enabled, a copy of each message sent using Send As permissions is stored in both the sender’s and the mailbox owner’s Sent Items folders.
To configure Save to Sent Items for Send As messages, do the following:
- Open User properties, select the Mailbox tab, and click Mailbox Delegation.
- Select or deselect Save a copy of Send As messages to Sent Items.
- Click OK twice to apply the settings.
