Use case: Use this procedure to reset a user’s password in Entra ID – for example, when a user forgets their password or requires a password change to regain access to cloud resources.
To reset the password for an Entra user, do the following:
- Select the cloud account for which you want to reset the password.
- Right-click the user and select Reset Password.
- Click OK.
The password generator is adaptive and will suggest a password of the same length as the last password you configured.
You can also perform a password reset from the Account tab in User Properties.
