Add User Profile Picture

Use case: Use this procedure to upload a profile picture for a cloud-only or hybrid user. In EasyEntra, the upload can be performed from both the AD and Entra ID views.

To add a user profile picture, follow these steps:

  • Locate the user and double-click to open User Properties.
  • Click the pencil icon below the user profile picture placeholder at the top of the window.
  • Click Upload, locate the picture you want to use as a profile picture, and click Open.
  • Click OK to apply the change.
