Use case: Use this procedure to remove an outdated or incorrect user profile picture from Entra ID or Active Directory. After deletion, the user account will display a neutral placeholder icon until a new picture is uploaded.
To delete a user profile picture, follow these steps:
- Locate the user and double-click to open User Properties.
- Click the pencil icon below the user profile picture at the top of the window.
- Click Delete.
- Close User Properties.
