Use case: Use this procedure to download a user’s profile picture from Entra ID or Active Directory.
To download a user profile picture, follow these steps:
- Locate the user and double-click to open User Properties.
- Click the pencil icon below the user profile picture placeholder at the top of the window.
- Click Download, choose where you want to save the picture, and click Save.
- Close User Properties.
