Use case: Use this procedure to configure saving Send on Behalf messages to the sender’s Sent Items folder. When enabled, a copy of each message sent on behalf of another user is stored in both the sender’s and the mailbox owner’s Sent Items folders.
To configure Save to Sent Items for Send on Behalf messages, do the following:
- Open User properties, select the Mailbox tab, and click Mailbox Delegation.
- Select or deselect Save a copy of Send on Behalf messages to Sent Items.
- Click OK twice to apply the settings.
