Use case: Use this procedure to delegate Send As permissions for a user mailbox. This permission allows another user to send emails as the mailbox owner, so that messages appear to come directly from that account.
To delegate Send As permissions, do the following:
- Open User properties, select the Mailbox tab, and click Mailbox Delegation.
- Use the Add or Remove buttons to modify the Send As list.
- Click OK twice to apply the settings.
