Use case: Use this procedure to delegate Send on Behalf permissions for a user mailbox. This permission allows another user to send emails on behalf of the mailbox owner – useful for assistants or shared communication scenarios.
To delegate Send on Behalf permissions, do the following:
- Open User properties, select the Mailbox tab, and click Mailbox Delegation.
- Use the Add or Remove buttons to modify the Send on Behalf list.
- Click OK twice to apply the settings.
