Use case: Use this procedure to locate the corresponding Entra ID account for a hybrid user. EasyEntra allows you to view hybrid users from both the AD and cloud perspectives, making it easy to navigate between the two when managing user accounts.
To identify the synchronized Entra ID account of a hybrid account, follow these steps:
- Open the user properties for the user in question.
- Click the Mailbox tab.
- Locate the Entra user ID at the top of the UI.
