Use case: Use this procedure when you need to manage multiple Active Directory domains from a single EasyEntra console. By adding and authenticating multiple domains, you can administer users and other Active Directory objects across domains from one unified interface.
To manage multiple Active Directory domains from a single EasyEntra console, start by adding the required AD connections.
How to Add Active Directory Connections in EasyEntra:
- Open the Active Directory Connection Manager by expanding the Connection Manager tab in the left panel and selecting Active Directory.
- Click Add to open the Add Active Directory Connection wizard.
- Complete the wizard:
- Specify the Active Directory domain you want to connect to.
- Enter the required connection and authentication information.
- Complete the authentication and verify that EasyEntra can connect to the domain.
- Click Finish to add the connection.
- Repeat the procedure for each additional Active Directory domain you want to manage.
Managing Multiple AD Domains
Once added through the Connection Manager, the domains appear as separate connections in the Active Directory object browser.
You can now browse and manage users and other Active Directory objects across all added domains from the same EasyEntra console.
