Use case: Use this procedure to view mailbox storage details for a user. This helps monitor mailbox size, identify users nearing storage limits, and manage mailbox capacity efficiently.
To view mailbox usage, do the following:
- Open User properties.
- Select the Mailbox tab.
- Click Mailbox Storage.
- View the mailbox usage details displayed at the top.
