Use case: Use this procedure when you need to control how users can share files and folders stored in their OneDrive with people outside your organization. External sharing settings help you balance collaboration requirements with security and compliance policies.
To configure external sharing for OneDrive, do the following:
- Open User Properties for the user.
- Select the OneDrive tab.
- In the External sharing dropdown list, select the desired sharing configuration.
- Click OK to apply the settings.
