Use case: Use this procedure when you need to control access to a user’s OneDrive site. Locking a OneDrive site can help protect data during investigations, employee offboarding, leave of absence, or other situations where access needs to be restricted temporarily or permanently.
To configure the lock state for OneDrive, do the following:
- Open User Properties for the user.
- Select the OneDrive tab.
- In the Lock state dropdown list, select the desired lock state configuration.
- Click OK to apply the settings.
