Use case: Use this procedure when you need to control the amount of storage available to a user’s OneDrive site. Configuring a storage quota helps manage storage consumption, accommodate users with increased storage requirements, and enforce organizational storage policies.
To configure the storage quota for OneDrive, do the following:
- Open User Properties for the user.
- Select the OneDrive tab, and then click OneDrive Storage.
- Clear the Use default storage limit check box.
- In the Storage limit (GB) box, specify the desired storage quota.
- Click OK twice to apply the settings.
